2001 AND BEYOND : Flexible Learning Leadership

My next career move was to accept the opportunity to work with Goulburn Ovens TAFE as their Flexible Learning Manager. Still more travel, as I was to be located at their Wangaratta campus about one hour from home in Baranduda. The decision was a strategic one as I was keen to explore my ability to be a manager and to focus on providing professional development opportunities for other teachers who were approaching, embracing or avoiding e-learning. It was here that I was able to utilise my skills in leading and to apply for Flexible Learning Leadership.
