Karen Ho's article targets VET teachers and managers building flexible learning
capability within their RTOs. The article summarises research findings
into student perceptions of a variety of delivery strategies. An interesting
aspect of the research is that learners' perceptions of the quality of
learning increased as the number of delivery strategies experienced increased,
whereas learners' perceptions of the quality of teaching decreased as
the number of delivery strategies experienced increased. The student
profiling within the article will help VET practitioners design constructive
learning opportunities for different students, to meet their varying
needs for flexible learning.
