Jo Murray is a big picture thinker and a visual, reflective learner. She was an inaugural Flexible Learning Leader (FLL) in 2000. Her company, Pelion, was the only private Registered Training Organisation (RTO). She focussed her FLL project on online facilitation and advocacy for small RTOs needing free access to Learning Content Management System platforms eg. WebCT. She completed the Wise Circle Online Facilitation course with Nancy White as her mentor. Since then Jo has been an FLL Mentor, a Toolbox development team mentor in Series 4 and 5 and facilitator of the Wollemi Ringleaders Community (FLL Alumni). She is also the editor of the Knowledge Tree e-journal.
