First presented at the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) Learning and Technology Conference in October 2003, this paper will be of great interest to online resources developers and flexible learning facilitators, as it showcases the Human Resources Toolbox, which integrates reusable learning objects with a case study in an online learning environment. It discusses the experience of pilot one unit in the Toolbox conducted with enrolled students.
