In this interesting article Martha and Mark explore classroom profiling, where teacher-student interactions are observed and followed up with confidential, supportive, non-judgemental feedback for teachers. Well tested in primary and secondary contexts, this improvement process is being implemented in a vocational education and training (VET) context in Queensland, given the increasing numbers of younger than usual people attending TAFE.
